Use of the App

RSRY is provided as a prayer companion for the Holy Rosary. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and respectfully.

No Warranty

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that speech recognition, session restoration, Live Activities, audio, or any feature will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Matthew McCarty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
